Dan Ravenel, Founder and Broker in Charge 

Dan Ravenel

As a ninth generation Charlestonian, Dan grew up in the Historic District and has long been a civic leader. His education was obtained almost entirely in Charleston and he graduated from the College of Charleston (1972). He has served on numerous boards and commissions in Charleston and the state of South Carolina. His deep interest in real estate ethics has led him to chair several committees of Realtors and he serves as a mediator to resolve disputes between his colleagues. In 2007 and 2008 Dan served as chair of the S. C. Higher Education Study committee mandated by the State Legislature to develop a strategic plan for Higher Education in the state. Currently, he is serving on the board of trustees for the College of Charleston. The Daniel Ravenel Real Estate Company was founded on March 1st 1983 and the company has had over 2 billion in real estate sales since its inception. On February 23, 2007 the firm became Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty. Dan is actively involved in broker management as well as real estate sales.

As part of the family tradition, Daniel has been involved in real estate most of his life. He grew up in Charleston, attending Porter-Gaud School, and graduating from the College of Charleston in 2007, with a degree in Psychology. After graduation Daniel pursued his interest in psychology, but has found his true passion is real estate. He finds his psychology background fits well with his current duties working with owners, tenants, and maintenance personnel. He is a licensed in South Carolina as a property manager and realtor, and takes an active part of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors property management committee. Daniel enjoys boating, music, soccer, and snow skiing.

Steven Milonas

Sr. Property Manager

Steven is a New Hampshire native who relocated to Charleston in 2015. A graduate of Keene State College, he has over 4 years of experience in non-profit management and counseling. Steven thrives on being busy and finding solutions, making property management a natural fit. Steven Joined the Daniel Ravenel Property Management team in April 2015 and has been a real asset to helping the company thrive over the years. He enjoys traveling all over the world. When he is not at work you can find him enjoying some spicy food or playing an outdoor sport.

Chaz Dennis

Property Manager

Chaz Dennis is a Charleston native born and raised. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston in 2018. Upon graduation he began work in the field of property management, and has developed a wide range of skills. Chaz joined the Daniel Ravenel team in 2022 and plans to contribute to the growth of the company. When he is not working he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his dogs, Cypress and Birch.

Chris Conway

Property Manager

Originally from New York, Chris has been living in Charleston for the past decade. Chris has spent his career in hospitality with a focus on real estate and property management since 2015. During that time, Chris has been involved with residential sales, vacation rentals, maintenance, and new construction. Chris also currently holds his Real Estate License in South Carolina. Since joining the Daniel Ravenel team in 2023, Chris continues to focus on building relationships and exceeding client expectations. During his free time, Chris enjoys travelling and spending time with his family & friends including hanging out at the beach with their Goldendoodle Martha Stewart.



Ben Graven

Executive Property Manager

Originally from Louisville, Ky Ben relocated to Charleston in 2015 to pursue Hospitality Management opportunities here in the Lowcountry. After nearly a decade in restaurant management, Ben made the leap into Real Estate as full time Property Manager in 2016. With a keen focus on the Charleston and Savannah markets, Ben's dedication and expertise has continually positioned the company at the forefront of these growing markets. He also assists in the direction and operations of both office locations in Charleston and Savannah. In his free time, Ben enjoys working on his 1950’s West Ashley Ranch, cooking, long beach days, and hanging out with his Wife Brittany and his dog Remy.

Amy Carroll

Office Coordinator/Bookkeeper

Amy is originally from upstate South Carolina and relocated with her Husband and then 2 year old daughter Brooke in September 2007. She joined the property management team in 2009 after two years with a commercial real estate firm as the bookkeeper. Over the years her job has evolved from just being the bookkeeper to helping oversee office day to day activities. She uses her prior experience to integrate new technologies that maximize the financial and management functions of the Daniel Ravenel Real Estate Company. In 2013 Amy and her husband welcomed their son Andrew. Amy enjoys reading, cooking and watching sports. She can be found on Saturdays at the park watching her kids play soccer or baseball or cheering on her favorite football team!

Chief Barketing Director

Remy, a Charleston Native has been assisting the firm as our lead Chief Barketing Director since 2018. Remy, assists our team with morale management, client relations and office security. In his free time, he enjoys long strolls on the beach, chasing any tennis ball that crosses his path and spending time with his other furry friends.

                  Jean Stacy

                 Property Manager



Jean Stacy is a native Savannahian, she has been in property management for 16 years. She has worked as a new homes specialist for a local home builder. Prior to that, Stacy had 30 years of experience in hospitality management, including the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills and the Hotel Intercontinental. She was an Events Sales Coordinator at Jillian's Entertainment of Universal City. In that position, she booked major events both corporate and private between the food and beverage community and the elite of film, television and charity fundraising. When she is not working she enjoys golf and spending time with family and friends.
