As licensed property managers, you can be assured that we follow SC Residential Landlord/Tenant rules, including timely repairs, move in and move out procedures, and safekeeping of your security deposit. Our online rental payment is easy and helps you make sure your rent is always on time; just login in at the PAY RENT ONLINE tab.

We have a property manager on call for emergencies 24 hours a day, and make every effort to handle other maintenance issues as quickly as possible. Our online maintenance request forms make contacting us easy! Just use the MAINTENANCE REQUESTS tab. We only use trusted and reliable vendors who are bonded and insured. There is a $75.00 non-refundable application fee per adult (over 18 years old) to be paid when the application is submitted. This fee is non-refundable unless we do not start processing an application. The application will not be refunded if an applicant is not approved or does not rent a home from us.
